🔁 Returns
- Eligibility: Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Timeframe: Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
- How to Return:

🔄 Exchanges
- Eligibility: Exchanges are only offered for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Timeframe: Notify us within 3 days of delivery.
- Process: Send clear photos of the item and packaging to info@jaylee-cosmetics.com. Once approved, we’ll ship a replacement at no extra cost.
💸 Refunds
- Conditions: Refunds are issued for returned items that meet our return criteria.
- Method: Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
- Exclusions: Sale items, opened cosmetics, and gift cards are non-refundable.
🚫 Exceptions
Due to hygiene and safety standards, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used cosmetic products unless they are defective or incorrect.
📦 Courier & Payment Integration
- All deliveries are handled via The Courier Guy, with tracking provided.
- We are integrating FNB e-commerce for secure online payments, including Visa and MasterCard options.
